We were recently contacted by a small town water department who had spent quite a sum of money on a 600KW generator and it still would not run. They were so frustrated, we agreed to get the generator running or it would not cost them any money. We agreed to a very low “not to exceed figure” if the generator was made operational. The city was operating on a deficit budget and accepted our offer. We found someone had installed the wrong controller. When the problem was corrected and the generator was fully operational, we had some happy city employees. We think this is good business for us and the customer.
